With over 15 years of experience in Business Administration and Personal Assistant work Kelly founded KA Virtual Assistant based in Cumbria in 2016. Throughout Kelly's career she has worked with Business Owners, CEO's and Directors in a wide range of industries. Kelly started her career as an Office Junior / Receptionist at a local Accountancy Firm Dodd & Co Chartered Accountants carrying out general administrative duties and setting the foundations of her career in Business Administration and Personal Assistant work. From there she went on to become a Programme Support Officer at Rural Regeneration Cumbria supporting Programme Managers providing grants to Local Businesses within Cumbria. Kelly's next move was to work as a Secretary at SWH Surveys Ltd providing secretarial support to the Director and carrying out administrative, audio typing and bookkeeping duties for the firm. After leaving SWH Surveys Kelly went on to work for a World Superbike Team based in Langwathby, Penrith as a Personal Assistant to the Team Owner and Race Secretary to the Team. Kelly carried out PA duties varying from managing the family's diary, booking family holidays, organising parties and personal shopping. As Race Team Secretary Kelly organised and booked the travel logistics of the team, race trucks and support vehicles, attending race meetings in WSBK, GP and BSB looking after sponsors and guests, liaising with the event organisers, PR, Riders and Suppliers. She also dealt with the general day to day administration of the team and accounts. Eventually Kelly took the leap from Paul Bird Motorsport to set up her own business KA Virtual Assistant.

We use Kelly to organise all of our business meetings, schedules and also for our bookkeeping and email processing. She keeps track of our personal and business email accounts to help communication and dealing with our clients. Kelly is very much like a personal assistant to me and I find that as a busy Property Developer, she takes the weight off my shoulders with the office work I just don't have time to do.
